Refund & Returns Policy

These terms are provided in English. Translations may be offered for convenience, but the English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.
This policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds work for AutoclaveXpress hardware and AutoclaveConnectPro subscriptions.
1. Hardware Returns (30 Days)
- You may return undamaged hardware within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in resaleable condition, with all parts and packaging.
- To start a return, email contact@iot.autoclavexpress.com with your order reference to obtain return instructions.
- Unless the item is defective, return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 14 days of our receiving the returned item.
2. Defective or Damaged Hardware
If hardware arrives defective or fails under the 12-month warranty, contact us and we will, at our option, repair, replace or refund it. We cover shipping for confirmed defective items.
3. Subscription Cancellation (30-Day Notice)
- You may cancel AutoclaveConnectPro or the AI analysis subscription at any time by giving 30 days' notice to contact@iot.autoclavexpress.com.
- The service remains active, and fees remain due, until the end of the 30-day notice period.
- We do not provide partial refunds for the current billing period once it has started, except where required by applicable law.
